How do I place an order for a watch strap?
Browse our collections, select your strap width, colour and length (if applicable), click Add to cart and complete checkout via our secure payment gateway. You’ll receive an instant order confirmation by email with your order number and details.
How do I know which strap size I need?
Measure the lug width of your watch - the gap between the lugs where the strap attaches. The measurement in millimetres (e.g., 18 mm, 20 mm, 22 mm) is the strap size you need.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard international delivery typically takes 5-10 working days depending on destination.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed promptly from our UK warehouse. UK Standard delivery is usually 2-3 working days, and international delivery is 5-10 working days. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking.
Can I add professional strap fitting to my order?
Yes. Select the optional Strap Fitting Service when adding your strap to cart. We will email you packing instructions. Post your watch to our UK service centre and our technicians will fit your new strap and return your watch via tracked delivery.
Do I need tools to change my strap?
Many straps use quick-release spring bars and can be fitted without tools. For other straps or stainless-steel bands, a spring-bar tool and additional size adjustments may be required. Prefer expert installation? Choose our Strap Fitting Service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay and many other payment options via our secure checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted. We do not hold any personal or credit-card information on file, except your delivery address.
What is your returns policy if a strap doesn’t fit?
We offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact customer support for return instructions or use the returns option in your account with us.
