Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to addresses across the UK, Northern Ireland, Europe and worldwide. Exact shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight, and will always be shown before you complete your order.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm are dispatched the next working day. All delivery times below are counted from dispatch.
UK & Northern Ireland Delivery
Small parcels are sent via Royal Mail; larger orders may be sent via UPS or another courier. Royal Mail 2nd Class typically takes 2 to 4 working days, and Tracked 48 typically takes 2 to 3 working days. Royal Mail 1st Class and Tracked 24 typically take 1 to 2 working days.

Orders qualifying for Free Delivery are dispatched by a Royal Mail service of our choosing (typically 2nd Class letter, large letter or small parcel), selected according to the size and weight of your order. If you would like faster or tracked delivery, paid options are available at checkout.
We aim to deliver promptly, and in any event within 30 days of your order being placed, unless a longer timeframe has been agreed with you. Delivery dates are estimates only and delays outside our control (such as courier delays, weather, or customs) may occur.
For security reasons, first-time orders may need to be delivered to the billing address linked to your payment method. Subsequent orders can be delivered to an alternative address of your choice.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to you (or a person nominated by you). Goods will not be left unattended unless you have provided express authorisation.
European Union Delivery
European deliveries typically take up to 10 working days.

EU customs duty: since 1 July 2026, the European Union applies a customs duty to low-value parcels sent from outside the EU, following the removal of its previous duty-free threshold. Our published EU shipping rates already include an allowance for this duty, so in almost all cases there is nothing further for you to pay at checkout or on delivery.
Rest of World Delivery
International deliveries typically take up to 20 working days. Available services vary by destination country. Standard post is available to most countries; tracked-only destinations are typically higher-risk regions where standard (untracked) post is not offered, to ensure reliable delivery.

Our international shipping rates are set with an allowance for typical customs duties and import charges in your destination country, so in most cases there is nothing further for you to pay. Several countries, including the United States, have recently changed their low-value import rules, and our rates reflect current requirements at the time of shipping and may be updated without notice as regulations change. For unusually high-value orders, where duties could exceed this allowance, you would remain responsible as Importer of Record for any additional customs duties, clearance charges or taxes.
