How do I find the right strap size?

Measure the lug width of your watch - the gap between the lugs where the strap attaches. The measurement in millimeters (e.g., 18mm, 20mm, 22mm) is the strap size you need.


How do I measure lug width accurately?

Use a ruler or calipers and measure the inside distance between the lugs. Check your watch manual or manufacturer site if unsure or email us with images of the measured watch and we can guide you to the correct fit your watch requires.

 

Will your straps fit my specific watch brand?

Our range includes universal sizes and brand-compatible options. If a product is described as compatible, it means it is designed to fit the listed models by size and shape. Brand names are used for compatibility only; trademarks belong to their respective owners.

 

Do I need tools to change my strap?

Many straps use quick-release spring bars and can be fitted without tools. For other straps or stainless steel bands, a spring-bar tool and additional size adjustments may be required to contribute to a perfect fit on your wrist. If you prefer expert installation? Can you fit the strap for me?

Yes. Choose the optional Strap Fitting Service when adding your strap to cart. You will receive packing instructions by email. Post your watch to our UK service centre and our technicians will fit the strap and return your watch via tracked delivery.

 

What materials do you offer?

Leather (classic, padded, exotic-style), stainless steel bracelets and expanders, rubber and silicone dive straps, NATO/Perlon/military styles, and vegan/eco alternatives.

 

How do I place an order?

Select your strap width, colour and length (if applicable), add to cart and checkout securely. You’ll receive an instant order confirmation by email.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship Worldwide. Standard international delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on destination.

 

How long is UK delivery?

UK Standard: 2–3 working days. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information.

 

Will I get tracking?

Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. If it has shipped, please use our returns process to return the item back to us.

 

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us by email at info@chronostraps.co.uk for return instructions.

 

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few working days to show the credit.
