Your satisfaction matters to us at Chrono Straps UK. This Refund Policy outlines our simple returns and refund process for watch straps and accessories, so you can shop with confidence knowing your purchase is protected.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your goods.
Change of mind: You are responsible for return postage. Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition with original packaging and accessories. You may open and inspect items as you would in a shop, but if goods are used or damaged beyond this, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is defective, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt at info@chronostraps.co.uk. We will arrange a refund or replacement and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage).
Please ensure goods are securely packaged and sent using a trackable delivery method. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
