Priority Service includes everything provided with our Standard Service, but your watch is prioritised on arrival and returned using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Ideal if you would like your watch returned as quickly as possible.

Professional Exterior Clean & Refresh

Optional Upgrade — £9.99

Our Professional Exterior Clean & Refresh service removes everyday dirt and grime from suitable stainless steel watches, helping to restore their appearance before they are returned.

Suitable for:

• Stainless steel watch cases
• Stainless steel bracelets

For watches fitted with leather straps, the strap is carefully removed before the stainless steel case is cleaned and then refitted afterwards.

Leather straps are not cleaned as part of this service.
