We deliver all fragrances and perfumes to addresses across the UK, Northern Ireland only.

UK & Northern Ireland Delivery

Delivery is typically within 2-3 working day subject to stock availability, but may take up to 5 working days to receive. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. During peak periods, (Black Friday, Christmas), dispatch may be extended by 1 working day.

We aim to deliver promptly. Delivery dates are estimates only and delays outside our control (such as courier delays or weather) may occur.

For security reasons, first-time orders may need to be delivered to the billing address linked to your payment method. Subsequent orders can be delivered to an alternative address of your choice.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to you (or a person nominated by you). Goods will not be left unattended unless you have provided express authorisation.

We currently do not ship fragrances internationally due to air transport restrictions on hazardous goods (perfume = UN1266, Class 3).

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your goods.

Change of mind: You are responsible for return postage. Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition with original packaging and accessories. You may open and inspect items as you would in a shop, but if goods are used or damaged beyond this, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is defective, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt at info@chronostraps.co.uk. We will arrange a refund or replacement and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage).

Please ensure goods are securely packaged and sent using a trackable delivery method. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
