How it works (simple)

1. Purchase this service and complete the form at checkout.
2. Send us your watch using the instructions you’ll receive by email. 
3. We fit & return with in 48 hours of receiving your watch. You’ll get tracking for the journey back.

Turnaround & delivery

Typical workshop time is 1–2 working days from receipt. Return shipping is via a tracked UK service. Need it sooner? Choose the Express Return add-on at checkout.

Important notes

• We do not perform pressure-/water-resistance testing. If your watch requires a water seal test, please arrange this with a specialist afterwards.
• Pre-existing wear or damage will be noted on arrival; we will contact you if anything prevents fitting.
• Ensure your parcel is securely packed and insured for its value when sending to us.
