We deliver to addresses across the UK, Northern Ireland, Europe and worldwide.

UK & Northern Ireland Delivery

Delivery is typically next working day subject to stock availability, but may take up to 5 working days. Small parcels may be sent via Royal Mail; larger orders via UPS or another courier.

We aim to deliver promptly, and in any event within 30 days of your order being placed, unless a longer timeframe has been agreed with you. Delivery dates are estimates only and delays outside our control (such as courier delays, weather, or customs) may occur.

For security reasons, first-time orders may need to be delivered to the billing address linked to your payment method. Subsequent orders can be delivered to an alternative address of your choice.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to you (or a person nominated by you). Goods will not be left unattended unless you have provided express authorisation.

European & Worldwide Delivery

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, UPS or DHL. European deliveries typically take up to 10 working days; worldwide up to 20 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

IMPORTANT: If you order from outside the UK, you will be the Importer of Record and responsible for any customs duties, clearance charges and taxes in your country. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your goods.

Change of mind: You are responsible for return postage. Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition with original packaging and accessories. You may open and inspect items as you would in a shop, but if goods are used or damaged beyond this, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is defective, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt at info@chronostraps.co.uk. We will arrange a refund or replacement and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage).

Please ensure goods are securely packaged and sent using a trackable delivery method. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
